The DMV’s Sunroom and Screened Porch Specialists Since 2010
Go Pro Construction designs and builds sunrooms and screened porches that feel like a natural part of your home, all fully permitted, professionally finished, and built to last.
The Same High Standards Applied to Every Square Foot
Go Pro brings the same 5-star-rated craftsmanship, licensed design-build process, and single-contract accountability to every sunroom and porch project we take on. That means architectural drawings, structural engineering where required, permits, and construction are all handled in-house. No separate designer to hire, no permitting office to navigate, no contractor handoffs. Just one team responsible for delivering a finished space that performs as well as it looks for years to come.
What We Design and Build
Whether you want to bring the outdoors in or keep the bugs out, Go Pro builds the right structure for the way you want to use the space.
- Three-season and four-season sunrooms: Fully enclosed additions with windows, insulation, and climate control options that make the space usable year-round. Designed and permitted as a structural addition to your home.
- Screened porches: Custom-framed enclosures that open your outdoor living space to fresh air while keeping insects and debris out. Built to match your home’s existing roofline and exterior.

Sunrooms & Screened Porches Frequently Asked Questions
In most cases, yes. Any structure attached to your home and built on a permanent foundation will require a permit in Maryland, DC, and Virginia. Go Pro manages the entire permitting process in-house so you never have to navigate a permitting office yourself.
A three-season sunroom is designed for spring, summer, and fall use. It’s enclosed and screened or glassed, but not insulated or climate-controlled for winter.
A four-season sunroom is built to the same standard as your home’s living space, with insulation, proper glazing, and heating and cooling integration, making it fully usable year-round.
Often yes, depending on how the original structure was built and permitted. When clients know they may want to enclose the space in the future, we can design and build the screened porch with that upgrade in mind.
Exterior materials, roofline integration, trim details, and foundation connections are all addressed during the design phase. Our team works from your home’s existing conditions so the finished structure reads as a natural extension of the house rather than something added on.
Most screened porch projects are completed within four to six weeks once permits are in hand. Sunroom additions, particularly four-season builds with mechanical system integration, typically run eight to twelve weeks depending on scope and permit timelines.
All labor carries a 1-year comprehensive workmanship warranty. Installed materials are covered under their respective manufacturer warranties, which Go Pro coordinates to transfer directly to you at project close.
Extended warranty programs are available on select projects.
