Yes. We manage the full scope under one contract: design drawings, permit applications, inspections, and construction. You never need to coordinate with a separate designer or navigate the permitting office yourself.
All labor carries a 1-year comprehensive workmanship warranty. Installed materials come with their manufacturer warranties, and Go Pro coordinates the transfer of those warranties directly to you. Extended programs up to 20 years are available on select projects.
We build communication into every stage: pre-construction walkthrough, regular progress updates during the build, milestone walkthroughs on site, and a follow-up visit after project close to handle any remaining items.
Yes. We are EPA RRP certified and LeadSafe certified in Maryland and DC. We follow full containment and disposal protocols for homes built before 1978, and we are experienced with historic preservation requirements across the DMV.
